mustang-testdata software package provides multiple structural alignment of proteins, test data, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install mustang-testdata
mustang-testdata is installed in your system.
Make ensure the mustang-testdata package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep mustang-testdata *
You will get with mustang-testdata package name, version, architecture and description in a table
